Therefore, in theory, it would take about 40 billion LEGO® bricks to reach from the Earth to the moon, a distance of about 238,900 miles (384,400 km). From 1958 through 2008, the LEGO® company created about 400 billion LEGO® pieces. enough for 62 LEGOs® for each person on Earth. If all of those LEGOs® were stacked, they would form 10 separate towers that could reach from the Earth to the moon.
